By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and included components
  • Not show signs of misuse, abuse, or damage caused by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-use products may not be eligible for return unless defective.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Once verified, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue a full refund
  • Provide store credit

Do not return items without receiving return authorization instructions from us.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees paid during checkout are not refundable.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Refund Processing

If approved:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Order cancellation
  • Denial of future purchases

We reserve the right to provide supporting documentation to payment processors regarding disputed transactions.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
